WHAT DO I DO?
In case the article you received is damaged, defected, incomplete or incorrect we apologize for the inconvenience. We try to make sure that each order is correctly placed to every customer. Given that you find yourself in such a situation you can simply contact us at markmikel7136@gmail.com or WhatsApp/call us at +92 3096638535. The product will be exchanged to another. We will bear shipping costs in this case (Nationwide).
2. CAN I EXCHANGE THE ITEM?
An exchange or return is applicable only when
· Your request for return and exchange is sent within 7 days from the date of delivery.
· The product tags / Insert Card are intact.
You can request an exchange if:
· You are not satisfied with the product received
· You are not satisfied with the color or fabric
. Customer will have to pay all shipping expenses in this case
· Please note that you cannot apply for a return or exchange if the items have any stains, emit,
body odors, perfume scents, have any kind of marks, damages or water stains.
3. CAN I EXCHANGE THE ITEM SIZE?
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, please contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery. We will assist you with the exchange process.
4. CAN I GET CASH REFUND INSTEAD?
Arabiideas does not offer any cash refunds. We do offer online store credit (Coupon) or the chance to exchange your product for another, depending on the situation.
5. CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN SALE ITEMS?
Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned once purchased.
